If two brothers can marry two sisters which is done all the time in the hindu. How can you call this as your cousin. You do not have any relation with your brother's wife's family. Go for it. She is NOT your cousin, you stupid.

Is your aunts sister, your aunt as well. Hope not, I mean not in the same blood line, if it is, then she's your first cousin too. But if it's your mom or dads brother's wife's sister, than nothing is the problem there...

Well I know how most Indians have arranged marriages and its mostly with their cousins but I personally don't follow that tradition. (FYI My family on my dad's side is Indian). But i wouldn't do that if I were you seeing that its a different day in age.

You should be just fine - technically she is your second cousin, but genetically that is far enough apart to be safe when it comes to children.
So go for it guy, it's 100% legal and not at all incestuous.
