am in diet for the last 5 years and am still in the same wight, I have a coffee at 10am, a small sandwich or crackers 2pm, main mail 6:30(griled chiken or meat), 10pm chips, alcholl drink and fruots.
I cann't go to the gym because I have only one mail after work 6:30pm and i will be full and if i didn't take it and go to the gym, i will be very hungry and cann't finsh my gym and i will eat double what i usualy eat.
