Um.. you should always tell her................ unless she "knows" that it's going to happen. The kissing after.... you should also 'ask' her about..... and think if YOU would want to kiss afterwards.....some women accept that, and some don't.

This is a loaded question....ok...I just had to say that. Anyway, you would be best to tell her beforehand. If you have a trusting relationship, perhaps you could discuss it before you get that far. More likely than not, she'll let you know....

I think its nice to let her know its coming. And as far as kissing her goes, if it can go in her mouth then there is no reason you cant kiss her after wards.
