After struggling with their geographic feed of home page that was in Chinese since I live in China (they trace route and send a custom jome page to your browser), I finally found the English link to get a home page I can read better. Unfortunatley, they have no version that works with any Mac OS prior to 10.3.9.
But Yahoo VoiceMessenger works with almost any version of Mac OS and, correct me if I'm overlooking something, it can make free calls worldwide, just like Skype.

I don't think it can by looking at the Mac version of Skype it requires OS X.
