Since the girl that walked alone with me definitely was giving me hints, I was wondering what is my next course of action? I would like to tell her that I want to get to know her better either as friends or more, but what is the right way to say this? Also, can I tell her by email, facebook message, a phone call, or in person? I can do all four, and I have no fear with any of the above. Also, should I ask for a real date since I know she likes me?

She likes you...do you like her? You've made no mention of that. If you are going to tell that you'd want to get to know her, then tell her in person. Ask for a real date, and take it from there.

JUST ASK HER OUT FOR A CUP OF COFFEE OR TEA!
Neither pressure her or put any pressure on yourself.
When you meet, ask her light questions about herself. Most females talk a mile a minute anyway so you will learn a lot about her and see where it goes.

I am a female, we like it when guys are more interested in getting to know us than listening to them boast about themselves when we first meet.

Face to face, look her in the eyes and tell her what's in your heart. And if you want to go out with her, ask her.

on the phone is the easiest way to do it but in person is always better because it shows that you care.
