The only 100% reliable method of contraception is to not have sex in the first place.
Condoms are nearer to 99% reliable.

A condom will be the most reliable method of contraception if the girl is on birth control as well.

There are many things that you could do to make the risk decrease.

1. The man wears a condom.
2. The woman is on birth control.
3. The man pulls out when he ejaculates.

All of these things make the risk dramatically decrease. Birth control is free from places like Planned Parenthood and "Help" Clinics. It is very inexpensive just in general.

If you can only afford to buy condoms, then yes it is the most reliable method... More reliable than say, the girl just being on birth control and not using a condom. Condoms protect you from STD's and pregnancy. As birth control doesn't protect you from STD's and there still is a minor chance that you could still get pregnant (seeing that the semen is inside of you).

Good luck.

No. They're a good way to prevent STDs, but not reliable for birth control. There's a 15 out of 100 unplanned pregnancy rate.

Statistically, the most reliable methods of birth control are the Depro-provera patch (3 out of 100) and the pill (8 out of 100).

Don't even think about withdrawal as a method.

I don't think condoms are all that reliable. They have to be used correctly and stay intact in order to work, and I still don't think they are as reliable as other contraceptives. Birth control pills are more effective, if taken every day, but that's an issue for some people who are forgetful about pills. As for easiest, it depends on your personality. Research different types before you decide what works for you.

Nothing is 100% but using condoms is better than any "natrual" method such as pulling out.Its not a bad idea to get some lube that has manoxal(sp) 9 witch is a sperm killer to use along with the condom. Some condoms are already lubed in it.it'll say on the box.

Easy, sorta; Most reliable - Nope, vasectomy would be more reliable, but condom is better than nothing, about 50% reliable.

Its the safest as it gives protection agains STD's but the contraceptive implant or ring is probably the easiest. No tablets to remember and no interuption to the process.

Hand-job is the most reliable. No bodily fluids coming into contact on either side. Works for girls and boys, with the same result!

they are very reliable if you put them on right but not always 100% as some do rip. But its alot better than the pull out method. alot more fun but not very smart if you dont want any kids.
