Bicep curls lots of reps with low weights (try food cans) and tricep dips, sit on the edge of a chair hands next to your hips on the chair, slide your butt off and slowly lower yourself down.

speaking (typing) from experience, press ups work wonders. If they are bit hard to do then do them on your knees. I've also got some small weights ( charity shops ) that i use when watching tv, or waiting for food to cook, or reading a book. Its well laid back exercise and believe me, has toned up all my flabby bits. Good luck

get 2 cans of beans or peas or wateva, and just lift them up from shoulder height overhead , 50 times, then lift them from hip to bust inwards 50 times, then take your arms behind your back and push inwards to meet 50 times!
Make sure that that legs stand hip-wise apart, buttocks tucked under, , tummy is in, b4 starting any of these exercises!
Do this every day and your arms will become toned in the cheapest way possible! it works! HONEST!

Grab some trendy music, then a tin of beans in each hand and start pumping those arms for about 15 mins per night. Don't strain yourself and DON'T open the tins first!

Press ups are the best form of exercise for toning the upper body as you will work your arms (both bicep and tricep), chest and trapezius (back muscles).

TRY HANDSTANDS!! ive been doing them alot for fun mainly, and have noticed some serious muscle gain! its really great just practice for like 20 mins every day, and the best thing is, you learn to do the hand stand and gain muscle! seriously try it, but if u really wanna build up your muscles, i hear that handstand push ups are amazing, but you have to be inshape to do them in the first place
