what are the signs that a dense/shy guy will give showing he likes me?
by dense i mean he prob. wouldn't know that i liked him unless i told him and beat him over the head with a shovel. :)

Eye contact is the thing.
Make eye contact with him, and then give him a big smile.
If nothing happens after this has occured a couple of times or so, then speak to him, and say that you have noticed him looking at you, and would he be interested in a date.
There's no point in letting this thing go on and on for weeks. get it over and done with.

I don't know how many times I have to say this scientific fact.
If a guy likes you or the other way around their pupils always enlarge, it's uncontrollable
