I wouldn't worry too much. Hell, riding lawnmowers are street legal in Arkansas!!

Why does it matter, all the roads in Arkansas are dirt anyway! Just jokes. Check out the DMV and see what the requirements are for legalizing a motorized vehicle. Sometimes it is just a mirror and horn. Check it out. We rednecks need to stick together.

ive seen street legal dirt bikes in ar little rock area with headlight turn signals front and back side mirrors and brake lights for street legal bike

Baja Designs makes dual sport lighting kits for some dirt bikes. Check @ https://www.bajadesigns.com/NET/mainframe2.aspx?login=YES&category=DSKS to see if yours is listed. You'll also have to check with your state bureau of motor vehicles to see what they require.

I'm in little rock , i try it some years back but dirt bikes don't have a proper title to register.

You can't, they don't have the proper vin number to make it a street machine.
