I was dressing a buck that was very small. I wondered why until I dressed him. His heart was lopsided with one ventricle enlarged and thin. Anyone else find something unusual when dressing a deer?

I have found diseased/abnormal internal organs in birds (pheasants and quail), but not in a big game animal.
