Please remember that the value of souls can go up as well as down. Many of you sinners are destined for everlasting purgatory for the price of spit. Quality rather than quantity. We enjoy a challenge and would pay handsomely for the soul of a pious recluse, if anyone has the means to achieve this - we would be most interested to hear from you.

Huh, interesting question. I guess I'm not desperate enough for anything right now to want to part with my soul, but maybe in the future I'd think about bartering. I wouldn't risk it for a fiddle of gold or a chance for my baseball team to go to the World Series or anything, though.
