see at school everyone always talk about me and I don't say anything about them can anyone hlep me?

Well, if all depends on if these are rumors or about things you have actually done. You werent that specific so I don't know what I could say.
The best to do is to ignore it, you wont be in school forever and you probably wont see those people again after it either. If it really bothers you try to develope a more 'screw you all' kind of attitude. Make sure they know you just don't care, and theyll everntually leave it alone.

just ignore it but don't sink down to their level by talking about them or doing something arrogant. just maintain yourself and act like you don't care about what they say but if it really does bother you then try talking to a friend or a parent about how you feel. you can't control the actions of other people

ask them straight up why they do it or just ignore it and maybe it'll go away
