I think he likes me but i'm really shy and when I want to ask him out i get really scared and chicken out.

if he likes you.. he should the one to call you.... if your close to him then there's nothing wrong calling him.. but if this will be ur first time calling him.. hmm... probably he might wondrin' why u called or he will be surprised or he might a clue that u like him..

if you like this boy, then yes call him! why waste time on the computer when you could be talking to him? say whatever comes to mind. If he gave u his number theres a chance that he does like you. just call him and find out! good luck

Call immediately. If he doesn't answer the phone, call back in a couple minutes. Don't relent. This will show him you are serious about him.
When you have his attention, tell him:
*neighborhood the two of you will live in
*the color of your house
*the number and names of his children
You should also consider cutting off your hair and sending it to him. That's hot.
