SHE MUST BE DRUNK IF SHE CAN'T SEE WHAT A WONDERFUL CREATURE YOU ARE

Agree with Court and Bluto. If you aren't cheating, and she's drunk, insecure and abusive, then why the hell are you putting up with her crap? Last guy I dated used to accuse me of cheating all the time, especially when he was drunk. Turns out that he was the one who was cheating with anything in a skirt, and he was constantly accusing me to try to cover it up. I finally got a clue, said "f*ck you!", and bailed. Then he stalked me for a couple of years. Point is, there are lots of other girls out there and you will find another girlfriend, or rebound sex, or whatever. Decide whether you want to continue being accused of cheating (unless you actually are) by your drunk psycho girlfriend, or would you rather possibly go find someone hotter who will treat you better.

It would be best to wait for a day and THEN have a discussion with her. There is absolutely NO POINT in discussing anything with anybody who has been drinking; nothing will be resolved. If she repeats the accusation, it would appear that someone is telling her tales and finding out who and WHY would be helpful. All you can do is reassure her of your feelings and faithfulness. Linda

Definitely nothing right now if you think she is drunk. Give her 24 hours to calm down and then talk with her and question where she got her information. And if you are innocent as you say, she needs to trust you to continue the relationship. Good Luck

Get a new chic, preferable not a drunk one. She is maybe just thinking since she is out getting drunk and cheating on you that you may be are doing the same.

Please ignore Andy's suggestion that you go and slap her. That would be a completely moronic thing to do, not to mention the fact that she could charge you with assault...and quite justly, too!

That said, I would be leery of being in a relationship with someone who becomes sufficiently drunk that all judgement is lost and they wind up calling you to make accusations.

As another responder asked, do you want a drunk girlfriend?

All you can do is ask her to calm down and assure her that you did not cheat on her (given that you didn't). Hopefully given time and sobering up she'll be able to talk to you more reasonably.

If she still doesn't believe you then that's her call. You can't stay with someone who won't trust you.

Go down to the pub, get sideways, then take the first girl home you meet and shag her rotten. Then call your drunk girlfriend and explain that if you're gonna do the time, you're gonna do the crime.

Sounds like she has some serious problems.

I was in a marriage with a woman who had a SERIOUS alcohol problem. The only time it got better was after the divorce (for me anyway).

What should you do? Move on. Now.

wait until she sobers up and then talk to her in a civil manner. if this is an ongoing thing remember- the accusers usually have a guilty conscience.
