First of all, are you a female or a male? If you're a female it's amazing how much our hormones can rule us at times. If this is the case, the first (and awful) question to ask is: Are you close to your period? If so, voila! That's why. Go take some extra strength pamprin that mentions on the box (irratation) and you will start to feel much better. If it's not that time of the month for you then I would drink a glass of water every hour(water flushes things out of our system) and give it a couple more days. Also ask yourself (even if you're a male) "what have I eaten that's different and not the usual for me." It could be a reaction. Hope it gets better for you.

Eat a banana. Then go work out. Between the endorphins released in the workout and the chemicals in the banana you will feel great.
