I see a girl everyday at a station but I don't have the confidence to go & to talk to her in public (I have my boss and his boss around me all the time that I may not see sometimes). I saw a couple of months back she wore a wedding ring but now I don't see it. Do you think it would be appropriate to leave a note (on my business card) on her car saying I'm attracted to her but shy to start a conversation in public (& my managers use the same station). Will that be ok ? If not what other good way to start the conversation ?

Ask her about her car....you know the line "do you have a hemi under there" or any other line that'll make her laugh. When she makes eye contact with you....ask her if she plans to attend the local _________ (you fill in the blank). And yeah, leaving a card may be okay. And keep in mind, she could be widowed and not divorced. In either event, she's probably lonely and would welcome the attention. I doubt she'll be insulted by your interest--even if she turns down your invite. And it may be a risk worth taking. Good Luck

WEll.. hum.. you know there is nothing to be shy about.... and u don't want to put an bad impression on her do u? I think u should just have the courage and go and have a conversation with her.... LOL.. don't worry i promise she won't bite u (i hope) lolz.. but yeah it will be a yes or no... atleast you will know your chances with her.. the note thing.. hum.. not a good idea.... the best thing would be to just tell her. You can also just become friends with her for now.. and get to know her gradually and then make a move. Gd luck ^-^

I don't understand why talking to a girl with your boss and managers around is a problem. Just approach her and introduce yourself. Explain that you'd noticed her and wanted to meet her. Then you can give her your business card and ask if you can call her for coffee or lunch sometime.

sounds like a good way to me but make sure she is not married first . Cause that could cause her problems. Maybe she just quit wearing the ring to work . Please find out first you dont want to be the reason she is getting in trouble. Good luck and god bless.

i think you should just talk to her...leaving a note saying that you are attracted to her is kinda cheesy...but i really think you should just try to talk to her..think about it...your life will go on wount it...?
