Test to see your fram esize. hold your left hand our, palm up wards. take your right hand and firmly grip your wrist. See if you can touch your right middle finger to your right thumb. If your hold is loose, you have a small frame. If they barely touch, you have a medium frame. If they dont touch, you have a large frame

Hope this help!

Years ago they use to measure you wrist and if it was--say 6 inches around you were large frame. I don't know if they still do that or not. I think weight/height chart is fill of crap myself. They keep changeing the weight on them to the point I not sure what weight goes where anymore.

It is purely a judgement call. Generally, if you wear a small or medium T-Shirt, you have a small frame. A 5'10 inch, 175 lb male with a chest of 40 and a neck of 17 or so is a medium frame. A 5'5 inch, 125 lb woman with a 34 to 36 inch bra is a medium buld.

There is a weight/ height /age chart in "The PDR family Guide to Nutrition and Health" published by Medical Economics and is widely available at modest cost.

Get a body fat percentage test. If you are 10-18% you are the right weight. Don't pay attention to charts.
