i have been havin fatigue and head aches for months now. i am not pregnant and i sleep a good 8-10 hour sleep a night.. any ideas wat it could be and how i could cure it?

i have been havin chronic fatigue for months now, and recent headaches to boot. any ideas wat it could be or how to cure it? i am not pregnant and i sleep a good 8-10 hours a night. im more conerned with the fatigue. i want need energy i work with kids all day!!!

This could be anything. Seeing a doctor is your best bet.
It wouldn't be prudent to diagnose you in this way. It could be as simple as stress, or a dietary issue.

When you get tired enough of having this condition, you will eventually go and see a chiropractor.. this is what they do and make their reputation on.
In the mean time start checking your posture and see if your head doesn't lean a bit to one side. Or press at the base of the skull and see what you find there.

sounds like it just might be tension headaches.
I would go see a physician just to be sure.
