What are steam rollers and where can you find them???

can i get them under 20 dollars the only thing i have in lincoln is walmart and walgreens and cvs

You can find them pretty much anywhere. Walmart, Kmart, Rite Aid, etc. They're probably around $20, at least they are where I live.

Steam rollers are used for when you want to make curls with dry hair in a short space of time but you don't want to use a curling iron which can be damaging to the hair.

They are just plain old hot rollers. You can buy them almost anywhere.
