PURPLE tomatoes! Tomato is a fruit; not a veggie.

http://www.usatoday.com/tech/science/discoveries/2006-10-22-purple-tomatoes_x.htm?POE=TECISVA

Jones discovered that the purple tomato, unlike its red cousins, contained high levels of anthocyanins, a chemical found in dark fruit pigments such as blueberries and grapes that can act as an anti-oxidant. The purple tomato also has red skin at the base, so it still contains lycopene, another anti-oxidant.

pomegranate's are also great.

I think all fruits in general are healthy just depends on which nutrients you need more of. I'd say apples, you know the saying...Apple a day keeps the doctor away.

My answer would be dragon fruit. This epiphytes plant is a South American cactus. The natives there commonly called it "Pitaya". In Asia, it is called the "Dragon Fruit". Here in my country (Malaysia), we called it "Buah Naga". The Chinese called it "Paw Wong Fa Kor".

Many believe dragon fruit are good for human health. They are believed to be good for people with a high level of blood sugar, they help prevent cancer, reduce the cholesterol content in human blood, prevent bleeding and are good for dental health.

well, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.......watermellon is low-cal but lots of sugar and its addictive....grapes are probably pretty high up there...bananas are relatively healthy, what with their potassium and such....peaches are a good option though possibly slightly high in calories....uhhh...maybe you oughtta stick with veggies.....lol i hate those...:) ive also heard that your body naturally craves the fruit that you need the most(if its plums, you probably need iron, if its bananas, you need potassium, etc.)
