NO! anyone who says it does does not have a skinny waist themselves, I had this problem in high school it was difficult for me to gainweight cause I have a high metabolism, and eat like a damn pig literally no utensils required, anyways, back in the day when I wore size 1 or 3,I am 5 "3", I was 35- 23- 36 , I worked out everday to gain weight I gained ten pounds in one year thats how I got up to size 3, anyways it was dreadful my friends used to tease me, and draw a stick figure with a big bubble in the middle for my ***, it make s you look like a freak of nature not better every where I went damn look at that big ***! I am so glad I am a size five and my waist is not so small, so my body does not have unatural freak of nature proportions anymore

Yes it does especially if the difference between your hips and waist is 10". Like a 25" waist and 35" hips. It gives an hourglass figure.
