I know it does get my heart pumping and it's helping my overall physical fitness, but all I read here is THE only good cardio workout is running, walking or riding a bike. No one ever even mentions swimming!
So, where would you place TaeBo?

It would seem to me like you should eat more calories, because that's a lot of activity for 800 calories. Try at least a thousand. Losing 1 or 2 pounds a week is more healthy, instead of five.
