This seems backwards to me. He should be the one who approaches you. For that reason, I'm going to assume he is a kid. So just say "Here's my number." Then write down your phone number. Then say "Call me sometime, ok?" Problem solved.

If all your friends know that you like him... then guess what??? so does he... if you want to talk to him the only way that will happen is if you go up to him and TALK... Don't wait too long... you never know who else has their eye on him... Good Luck..
