Eat less, workout more (like every day) to burn more calories than you take in, adjust accordingly.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Wear under armor shirts while you are working, or working out. But its not safe to lose 20 lbs in a month. You are not supposed to lose more than 10 in a months time.

2-4 POUNDS A WEEK IS "SAFE" SO I WOULD TAKE IT SLOW AND CUT DOWN ON CALORIES DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND DO AT LEAST 90 MIN OF CARDIO A WEEK WITH LIGHT WEIGHTS,CRUNCHES,SQUATES,LUNGES ETC. DONT TRY TO LOSE SUCH A LAGRE AMOUNT IS A A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME YOU WILL JUST GAIN IT BACK PLUS THE NUMBER IS NOT EVERYTHIN YOU CAN GAIN WEIGHT AND JUST TONE UP AND GET IN SHAPE AND STILL LOOK BETTER THEN BEFORE!

that is too much weight to try and lose in 4 weeks! It isn't healthy because even if you do lose it, but you lose it the wrong way, starving, and such, the chances of it coming back plus more weight are way higher!
Be careful!

You can't. That's not safe. Most docs will tell you aim for 1-2 pounds per week max.
