He told me he loved me and wanted to marry me but i found out he has been living w/ another woman and they have a 18 month old baby. And we all work at the same hospital! But in 3 different positions and floors. I really loved him how do i deal w/ this???? The only reason i found out was because the woman called me after she found my number in his phone and read the text we sent each other!!

"To thine ownself be true". You must love yourself first. He has shown you zero respect and no regards for you...or your confidence in him.
Can you continue to give yourself to someone who has willingly chose to be a jerk to you as well as the other lady...and all at the same job? The nerve of this guy.
Swallow your pride and be thankful that you are not married to him or you are the one who is pregnant. He does not deserve either of you. He is a looser. The longer you remain with him the more he will break your heart. You must be strong, keep your self respect and stay as far away from him as you can. He is like a mutant virus...you cannot allow yourself any futhur contamination.

You answered the question yourself! You said "...I really loved him..." Notice you used past tense, the word "loved" rather than present tense "love". If he is living with another woman and they have a baby, why didn't he marry her and legitimize the baby. Why? ..... because he doesn't love her either. He's not thinking with his brain, both relationships are purely sexual and physical. He's only interested in gratifying himself.
Say Goodbye! No more sex, no intimacy, no further conversations. Once you have your mind accept this, then see other guys, find someone who appeals to you in your heart. Then run with it. .... and don't make that relationship sexual until you are certain of yourself ... and him!

he is pond life ,scum get rid of him . never talk to him again or you will be dealing with this forever. Change your number and find someone that will appreciate and love you . The only thing you can do is look back and figure out what signs you missed. There had to have been some. Try not to make the same mistakes next time.

it will be hard to deal with especially as you work in the same place but just distance your self as far as possible away from him and just have nothing to do with him and find you self a new guy asap

as a guy, this is real sad to read. but honestly, if i were you, i'd have to kick him to the curb, deal with the pain of the breakup and move on. you're worth more than he can offer.
