Where i stay not many people speak german and i cant learn it then....What must i do?

I was going to say Germany as well, but I see that answer was already given. My next suggestion would be Switzerland. Parts of it speak German.
But seriously, you should go to a language school like Berlitz. I didn't learn German there, but I learned Spanish. Look for schools that cater to teaching you how to speak and not just reading and writing -- like in school.

You should goto Österreich which is Austria beacause they Speak German but just in a different accent. I lucked out so I got to move to Germany, and Learn it. LOL Makes it way easier to learn when its all around you all the time.
