This is one of our favorites and unbelievably easy:
Ingredients:
1 whole 3 1/2 to 4 pound chicken
olive oil
Lawry's Seasoned Salt (no substitutes)
Cooking Spray
Aluminum foil
Directions:
Clean chicken well inside and out and dry. Rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt.
Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Crumple up four balls of aluminum foil and place them in the bottom of the crockpot (don't ask me why, but it makes it taste just like a deli rotisserie chicken!) and DO NOT put any water in the pot. Place Chicken back down inside crockpot. Set on high. Chicken is done when the legs are easily pulled off - 4 to 4 1/2 hours. You can also cook it on low for 8 hours, it doesn't taste the same, but it's still good!

Go to some recipe websites or go buy a cookbook that has recipes just for crockpots. There are a lot of recipe websites out there and a lot of crockpot cookbooks out there as well. There are all kinds of recipes, you just need to look.

I'm sorry Jewlez this isn't an answer cuz I don't really know food questions, nutrition but not much of food and I have no idea what crockpot is lol. I just wanted your yahoo e-mail. you can e-mail me at PumpkinPurs@yahoo.com. I'm Tricia. George turns 22 on November 18th and I turned 24 on September 20th;-) I didn't see him tonight at work but I know I won't let him slip away the next time I do see him. If I don't see him by his b-day I'll call his house to wish him a happy b-day and maybe ask to meet up and talk. though I wanna do everything to not scare him away. it's funny,I see him as a skiddish outside cat, you know you don't wanna run up to it or even walk fast, you want to be calm and gentle and have feel safe and want to come to you. that's what I want George to do, or for me to be able to do. I can fill you in on our past. so I'd LOVE to hear from you. Tomorrow is my day off from work and school so I hope to hear from you;-)
Tricia
and thanks so much!
