I was sent a ranodom letter telling me I had joined and then was sent an introductory offer which I was told I had to pay for. I tried phoning but its an 0870 number and its all automated which is absolutely useless. I have now sent an email to them and am waiting for a reply. Anyone else had any experience with this guild? I didnt mean to - it has crept up on my sneakily - Thanks - Danielle x

you shouldnt fall for this stuff. all they are doing is trying to steal your personal information. for example, someone keeps sending me something saying that i am the distant ancestor of some dead rich guy, but i have been sent like fifty of them, and my friends have all got that.

If it's the same company I'm thinking of, I had some problems with their parent company some years ago. Their customer service was abysmal & their computer systems made so many mistakes, it made my life a misery for a few months.

If you want to ring them, don't call the 0870 number. Go to www.saynoto0870.com, click on Search for an alternative number and enter their 0870 number in the box. It'll give you a geographical alternative that will hopefully not cost as much if they keep you in the queue for 20 minutes;
