Sun dried tomato aioli
4 oz. sundried tomato
8 oz. mayo
process in blender or food processor.
spicy thai chili aioli
2 oz. sambal (lee kum kee garlic chili paste)
8 oz. mayo
mix until incorporated. for a sweeter sauce, use mae ploy instead of sambal.
anything mixed with mayo is great. look on foodnetwork.com for "aioli" for recipes.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce...perfect for sweet potato fries!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup honey
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, blend the mayonnaise, Dijon-style mustard and honey. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

I use this also with cooked Kielbasa. I have won Bbq competitions with this sauce. It is great! Also good on Chicken.
Apricot Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Melt jam in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in orange juice, and mustard . Purée sauce in food processor or with immersible mixer.

Honey butter is great. Sue Bee brand make some that is pretty good. You can make you own if you have time, soften a stick of butter, mix it with 1/4 cup honey. ( I like to add a bit of Cinnamon)
