I would really like to be able to lose inches off of my thighs, does anyone know what works fast? I know that I will never have really small thighs b/c both of my parents have big thighs, but I would like to keep them as small as I can.

Anything that "works fast" isn't healthy for you. Go to the gym and work that part of your body.

You will have to exercise and diet. You have to lower your body weight. If you can afford it, go to a diet specialist which will recommend your ideal weight. By exercise alone or diet alone you will not get results.When the body looses weight it does not do so in specific areas, in other words, the whole body will loose weight proportionally. There many ways to loose weight.
Regarding your diet you will have to forget everything that is fried specially french fries.. Also you will have to lower the salt consumption. Never add salt to anything you eat, avoid junk food
and those like ham that contain a lot of salt. The third thing, but not least, you have to avoid foods that have a lot of grease like
pork chops, bacon and every kind of sausage. You will have to avoid the use of sugar rich foods and pastry. Regarding exercise, again if you can afford it, get a personal trainer or go to a gym. It will be less expensive for you if you stay with the trainer or gym only after you learn the exercises. In my case it was only a month.. Also there is a lot of information you can get in the Internet, books, specialized magazines, newspapers and libraries. Common exercises you can do are walking and running. It is desirable that you have a treadmill test. The doctor will decide if you can begin an exercise plan. Other thing that you can do is drink a lot of water a minimum of eight glasses
daily. It is good for your health and you will have a sense of fullness that will help you to eat less.

Jogging or speed walking that really works, but makes sure you stretch really well first. Good Luck

Along with everyone else's advise is diet! If you want to loose fat, you must eat less fat! Also watch how many calories you take in daily.

Do sit ups daily for an hour, will surely show some change.

lunges, squat-kicks and running, running running. the more cardio you do the more likely you are to keep off the fat.
