If you remember, I screwed up and cheated on my girlfriend from Canada. This was after she hit me in the face with a cheeseburger mind you. But enough on that, Most of you advised me to forget about ever getting her back after I did such an awful thing as cheating on her. Well, after she saw my question here, and your answers, she called me this morning. Her request is that I write a receipe for our future success as a couple. Any ideas or suggested sources of help? Thanks so much. I love her dearly and have not been a cheater in the past, ever!

Here's a good recipe for you two...
1. An Endless amount of Love
2. Plenty of Trust and Respect-building it back up
3. Ambition to work things out
4. Patience, as you both will have hard times in the future, but can work through them together.
5. A Bunch of Kisses and Hugs, Cuddling, Snuggling, and Nuzzles.
6. Specialties, such as watching a movie together or a candlelight dinner for just you two.
7. Forgiveness
8. And last but not least...Endurance. Never give up on each other. You both will depend on one another. And prove that you will never, ever cheat or hurt her again.
I know you feel horrible, and I know you know what you did was wrong. I've been cheated on before, so I can relate to how she felt. At least you're trying to make things right again.
I'm not going to rant about you being horrible and never loving her, etc, but I will tell you that I know you know it wasn't worth it. You punished yourself enough over it, and now that you have your foot in the door for a second chance to be with her, embrace it and prove your love to her. Hopefully, she will understand, and take you back. I hope this helps!

Ben, everyone makes mistakes. Cheaters are not bad people just people who make bad choices. Sounds like your girl has forgiven you. You need to convince her that you will never do that again. Getting angry or being hit in the face with a cheeseburger is NO excuse to cheat. Just make sure that in the future when emotions get out of control you use other resources to calm them down. once a cheater always a cheater I've been with one guy for 2 year and he's cheated on 3 time once will i was pregnant. but not all men are the some so I'll tell you this just talk it slow remember
you hurt some one that loves you who trusted you it will take time for her to get over it,but in time things change

Not to be mean but, I still say she will not forget about you cheating that easily, and is making you jump through hoops. Hopefully, that will get old quickly for you. Good luck - have fun with that.
