it shouldnt hurt like hell.. tell me what your doing and ill tell you what your doing wrong.
make sure your face is wet down with hot/warm water,
put shaving cream on and shave across the grain of your hair.
never up.

You need a new razor blade. Also, put some aloe on right afterward- this helps the bumps!

sounds like you need the the new mach 20 razor. 20 blades for maximum comfort.
