Because when you're with someone for a long period of time, you become comfortable and then you just settle. The problem is that people change overtime, so when the one you love has become a hateful person, you feel trapped. Eventually you're with someone that you NEVER would have put up with in the beginning. It may be hard, but you should end that type of relationship as quickly as possible. Be with someone who will love you back.

I would have to say that there are a lot of reasons. some are that you want that person however you can anyway possible. Another is fear of not finding someone else. Another is that you might have been with that person for so long and you just don't know what's out there. Loving someone that doesn't love you is pretty easy thing to do, but being loved by someone you don't love is harder. Only thing to do is to move on and let the pain come for it will go....eventually.

Sometimes u love a person that doesn't love u hoping that one day it will grow in the other person's heart. But sometimes it just doesn't happen like that believe me I know. I went through a bad relationship. Just be glad that love grew in ur heart. Believe me there's someone out there that's going to love u so much. I stopped looking and it happened. So I wish u the best of luck with love. :) Love is different for everyone.

Real love is a nightmare and really not easy to get or that fun and nothing like people say it is and i have no idea why we love people that don't love us back all i know is that we always seem to do it anyway in the hope that they will love us back and we can all live happily ever after!! Love sucks!!

.. because the person is treating you ambivalently, which means that he/she is nice to you and all of a sudden the total opposite (showing love and hate from one second to the next). It leaves you confused and not quite sure, if he cares about you or not- thus you can't stop loving him/her... because after all he/she is sometimes nice to you.
Think about why you are letting someone treat to you that way and still love him/her..... is it because you grew up being treated that way?
Real love shouldn't hurt. I know love songs tell you otherwise. Don't listen to those songs right now... and find someone else who makes you feel good about yourself- who makes you feel truly happy. You deserve it.... yes, you too.

absolutely. i think it happens all the time. people can't control who they love..its a natural thing so it just happens. i have my doubts as to whether or not my ex loved me but i loved him. even though some people say it, i dont think someone else has to love you for you to love them. you just love them for who they are

well mainly i dont think its love is been hard headed. knowing that he or she dont love you and you still stuck on that is been hard headed. or he or she did something that nobody has done for you or he or she was everything you wanted. but mostly hardheaded
