What about the church membership or people in the community? Or - if you have a bible store in your area - you might ask if they would be willing to donate the bibles. You might also try asking for bible donations on your ministry website if you have one.

Along with the Gideons, the American Bible Society is also a good place to get free Bibles. They also give away tracts and other free publications. They usually have local chapters in, or around major cities. You may have to contact both organizations because I didn't see much info online about Bible donations. However, my school and church have both received donations.

Try the Gideons. They donate bibles worldwide.
