Boneless takes longer to cook than a bone-in turkey. Cook for 30 minutes per pound, about 2-1/2 hours for your 4.75 lb. turkey breast. cook covered for the first 2 hours then uncover for last half hour to brown the skin.

The same as you would a normal turkey there is no difference except some folks ovens get hotter then other call the company that made the turkey they generally have cooking instructions on line good luck Im eatting hamburgers save me alot of cooking headaches lol

yes it's normally 20 mins per each pound of weight for rare, 25 mins for medium and 30 mins for well done. I'd check it after 2 hours of cooking. you can do it uncovered, but if you notice that it's getting too dark then you should cover it with foil.
