Really? I didn't know that happened ... where'd you hear that? Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest for doctors to accept kickbacks? I suppose you could report doctors who accept kickbacks to the medical board if you know any doctors personally who do this, and you have proof. Then maybe disciplinary action would be taken. Also, wouldn't doctors be legally liable for lab misdiagnostics - I'd be really surprised given the already high malpractice insurance costs if doctors would knowingly put themselves in that position.
