Try Cholesterol (recommended to me by a stylist). It's a product made mostly for African Americans, but I use it on my hair, and it does a good job. You might want to do it on a day when you know you won't be going out. Here's what you do:
1. Shampoo as normal.
2. Generously spread through hair and massage it in. Put on a shower cap (or a plastic shopping bag, if you don't have one and wrap with a towel.
3. Wait 20-30 minutes.
4. Rinse hair. Do not shampoo -- I would wait at least half a day before shampooing.
I also use a leave it on a daily basis. Very important. You can't just do a treatment and expect it to work miracles. It takes time.
Also, if this does not work, you do need to see a professional about your hair. At that point, you need someone to help you develop a routine to get your hair back to health.

go to the salon, even thier hot oil will work better than store bought plus they have lots of other tricks that will get your hair silky and winter ready. The shampoo and conditioner that you use will also help. try the pantene pro v line for damaged hair. I love it, I've used that and nothing else for years.

hot oil!? noooooo
how long is your hair? and what have you been doing to it? flat iron? bleaching?
any hair that is past your nose is already dead, hair is only alive for so long. what you need to buy is nioxin, its a shampoo and a conditioner and it will cleanse your hair and get rid of all the build up on it, biosilk is also a really good product it does make ur hair silky, there is a biosilk shampoo and conditioner out there too.
message me if you need any further help!

i was in the same postion like you one time. u have a long way to go but i'll help you out.
i didnt want to cut my hair so i stopped putting heat on my hair. i started doing deep conditioners once a week. you need to start using moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, not those cheap ones. moisterizing shampoos cost only $6. start using coconut oil, just put it on your hair and leave it there, not only does it make your hair heathy it also makes it grow. and DO NOT wash your hair more than once a week.
if u have any questions email me anytime.
