I live in the U S and i like the following:::tuna (abacona) mixed with chopped sweet onions, celery chopped fine, sweet pickles chopped, boiled egg chopped, mix with mayo and spread on whole wheat toast---------- be sure to try to make 2 sandwiches out of this ----------- a 4oz can of tuna should be plenty for 2 sandwiches --------- for desert take 8 ritz crackers spread peanut butter and add a thick slice of banana and make a little sandwich out of this.Place each sandwich in a zip lock sandwich bag and the cracker sandwiches in a small plastic container place in lunch bag and off to work you go with lots of healthy food-----oh add an apple and have it with the rermaing banana for break !!

get a part-baked baguette, and before you cook it, slice it open and spread with boursin, add grated cheese, and some tomato relish. Wrap it in foil, then cook it for however long it says on the baguette package. Unwrap, and tuck it - it's delicious, cos it all melts into the bread!

Alternatively, make your own Mackeral pate, with peppered mackerel, soft cheese, grated cox's apple, lemon juice and parsley - the best ever!

No need to worry about it anymore --- your boss just called and said lunch time has been replaced by work time because everyone spends the rest of the day asking and answering questions on Yahoo ---- He said there has to be some time set aside for actual work so he chose your lunch time.

LOL
