Max & Min, Average and Count are all functions that work with numerical values, in order to return a result the field has to contain a VALUE, COUNTA however will count cells that are NOT EMPTY, no matter the content so it will give the correct answer whether there is text or values in a field. COUNT will only count the cells that contain a VALUE.

To make something a formula you want to initiate the cellular with "=" So for multiplication typing "=4*3" will provide the top result 12. the emblem for branch is "/" and for subtraction is "-". notwithstanding, =product(x, y, z...) can do multiplication and =quotient(x,y) can do branch in case you want to expose something as a percentage you are able to in basic terms decide on that sort because the cellular format. filter out is optimal defined in the Excel outfitted-in help. is this sufficient?
