It is impossible to get out all the caffeine but it is a TON less than regular. Now, why do you want to get rid of all that good caffeine. No use in drinking it without it.

Yes, Decaf coffee is decaf, but decaf does not mean caffeine free. The amount of caffeine is greatly reduced.

The coffe to be considered "decaf" it has to be 97-98% without caffine.
