Hi. About two years ago, I got this sudden feeling of feeling dizzy/wouzy, having a foggy brain (trouble concentrating), and trouble focusing my eyes all day and every day. I have had multiple blood tests, had an MRI of my brain, and my eyes checked and everything seems to be fine. Its quite frustrating. Its difficult for me to hold a conversation with someone because I cant concentrate on what I am hearing. My vision, as best as I can describe it, is like when you day dream and not focusing on anything. That is what it is like for me even though I am trying to focus.

When I go into say like a department store, and there are alot of clothes racks or items that are in close proximitey, my symptoms seem to get worse.

My energy levels are down and I am frustrated because this problem has not gone away. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the problem. does anyone have any idea?

my first thought was anemia, but if you've had blood test done already, then i dunno...?! just in case, increase your iron intake - i know anemia makes you dizzy, lightheaded, and can cause difficulty in concentrating. by your name i can't tell if you're male or female... if you're female, try prenatal vitamins, if you're male, maybe some centrum? good luck. :)

I think that many religions focus too much on what happens after death rather than living their life at the moment. As a Pagan, I believe in reincarnation. I believe that I have lived before, will live again and that my current life is a partial result of the actions of my past life. I'm here to learn the lessons I need to learn in this life, so I will focus on my actions in this life without worrying about my whether my spirit will go to a place determined by another religion. I know where my spirit will go, and I know I'll be born again and again until I learn all the lessons required and join once again with the Divine Spirit.

I have the exact same symptoms and thank you for putting them on paper as I have had trouble explaining this to my primary and the occ. or doctor. I have had these symptoms for over 13 years and still have no answers. I own a company and am under everyday stresses but this seems to be more prevalent when i am in relax mode (vacation, down time etc). Have been through the mill with tests, anxiety pills etc. none seemed to help of offer answers. If anyone has had the symptoms described exactly as above please lets try to help each other by sharing knowledge. Please email me at john@southshorehometheater.com...yes that is my real email and no i am not crazy of looking to sell or buy anything...i just want to know if someone has found a solution to this as it has wreaked havoc on my life! Tia

I think I have very similar feelings. What I've realized is that you/me have some form of anxiety. I know I typically don't feel "anxious" or "nervous" but that this feeling is apparent to mask my feelings of anxiety. It almost is like your body's way of calming you down. Try thinking about what is stressing you out and what is on your mind. If you can knock that out, maybe the "fog", as I call it, can decrease. If you also get more "foggy" in situations you don't feel comfortable in, I think you and I may be feeling the same. I've also had tons of tests and everything has turned out negative. I understand your frustration as it doesn't destroy your life but it is really annoying. Try talking to a counselor, friend, family member, or psychologist to start feeling better.

For me, it's low iron that makes me dizzy and tired.
Mono did, too.
Perhaps it's an inner ear problem for the dizziness?
How about food allergies? That can disrupt quite a lot of stuff.

it is stress , depression too much worrying . I would recommend you not to go to the dcotors reason why it will go on your records which is not good in the future plus they nly give you adicted tablets . my advice is thing positive spend more time going out like a walk ,drive, restaurant, ountryside etc.. relax dont worry about little things too much.
