sometimes. but like, in some parables, like the parable of the wedding feast, when ''the bridegroom will tell him plainly, 'i never knew you.' and he will be cast outside the gates where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'' then it's different. usually when it talks about a guy and a gallie, knowing each other, or more often, it only talks about a guy knowing or not knowing the gallie, not the other way around.

No in the case of God knowing a person - this refers to him knowing our heart (our sinnfullness, devotion to him ect).
