TB is generally only infectious if a patient has sputum positive pulmonary TB, as this is how the bacterium become airborne.

Depends on what particular disease. Non-pulmonary TB is kind of a broad description. There are POtt's disease (where TB goes to the spinal area ) and is non-communicable. Hope this helps. God bless

by non-pulmonary tb i assume u mean someone who has suffered before but no longer has any of the symptoms. if somebody has had tb before they will always have the antibodies for tb in their blood, ie they will always be a carrier of the disease. the disease can only be passed on from droplet infection, ie if a sufferer coughs releasing tb droplets and these droplets are inhaled from a healthy person (droplet infection).
