Since some of the online poker rooms have stopped offering US players real money, I would like to carry over my comp rewards to another poker site that is accepting Players from the United States.

Yes you can! If you are an active on-line poker player and have lost your player rewards status at another poker room because of U.S. player blocking, website closure, buyouts, etc., Doyle's Room will automatically enroll you at the equivalent rewards level.
