When you get to the point where you can do nothing, no good works, no self righteousness, desire fails, all looks hopeless, even God seems to have abandoned you. All that is left is a small cry, can't even lift ones eyes to heaven but something so deep down in the heart so far as to not even hardly realize its there yet one even at the point still waits on God

Umm, is that even a real word? Brokeness? Do you mean brokenness? That means something fragmented or incomplete.

For me it means going through a process of purification. It's time when God takes the unusable things out of you and also where He causes you to realize that you can't do anything without Him. Where you're completely empty and can God fill you.
