My girlfriend told me earlier today she had a dream about me and her having sex last night. She also told me she has been having these dreams almost every single night for a while now.
Does this mean anything?

She's hinting to you she wants to do it. If you decide to go fourth with it please ask if she's on birth control and either way you use condem and learn how to use them properly. If you not ready don't do it. Sound like she's a little hot in the pants.
