dog "spray" by that if you mean the nasty smell they have if you scare them badly or if you hug them too tight?....it's the anal glands expressing......surgery can remove them, but it's costly. AND if you mean in the urine....there's things the Vet can prescribe that will control it to some degree

I've found that the product "Kids N' Pets" totally neutralizes that smell. It's enzyme-based which I think does the trick.
