How can you tell if a guy is interested in you and is just playing it cool as opposed to not being interested?

Men are a complex sex, you just cannot tell what an earth is on their mind when it comes to how they feel about you! Are they scared of a rebuff or what?
And they have the cheek to say "We will never understand how a women's mind works".
At least us girls are straight when it comes to being interested, it's either "yes" or "F**k off you retard!"

Guys in England, at a club for example, just stare at you! And this goes on for weeks. Eventually one will come over, but only if he has his mates with him.
You never can tell,,,,not in the UK anyhow!
Most British guys are bonkers.

Either way seems a poor show to me.
Try and find a guy who is very keen on you, not afraid to show affection, and doesn't care who else knows.
