If you want to be funny, be one of the people at the party that stands out and is known for something. Like if you have a unique friend who always runs around with weird hair, or talks funny (and can take a joke) be them. It will be a really hit at the party.

ok go to wal*mart:
they have a hole much of cute costumes for not much money and they are sooooo cute
or try the hallween "spirit" store but there csotumes are alot of money
so your best bet is to go to wal*mart or target for cheap cute costumes

One year I had this problem and not much money so I became the Trashbag ladie! I took black trashbags and made a really cute little dress out of it and made a belt and a big bow for my hair!It was very cute and I got compliments the whole night!!
