if so has the excercises helped you? what excercises did you do and why do we lose core stability?

I suggest you go out and buy a swiss ball and then search google for swiss ball exercises it will help your abs get stronger

Core stability is having good muscles around the abdomen and back.
I do T'ai Chi and one of the benefits of that is better core stability (because it involves a lot of turning at the waist and standing in a good posture). It's also very relaxing and increases your physical confidence.

Dear friend at my testing i Have found any ...till now.But multiple programs like anti virus scanning,with video watching and game playing made use the processor to 100%.

the easiest & funnest way i found was Yoga.
